Our team brings over 100 years of combined experience, supporting a trusted network of more than 120 qualified workers. NDIGI Group delivers both Temporary Personnel and Construction Services, working across a range of industries to provide reliable crews and on-site support where it’s needed most.
Led by Josh Addo-Carr and Jayden Mikhail, NDIGI Group is built on experience, integrity, and strong community ties. Josh brings heart and purpose through his leadership and community work, while Jayden draws on years of hands-on expertise in construction, labour hire and traffic control to keep our standards high and our service dependable.
