DIRECTOR.
Joshua Addo-Carr is a proud Wiradjuri, Gadigal, and Gunggandji man and a distinguished professional rugby league player, currently playing for the Parramatta Eels.
Beyond his impressive sports career, Josh is deeply committed to giving back to the Indigenous community. He finds great joy in mentoring younger kids and helping them in any way he can. Before his rugby league success, Josh worked with his uncle in labouring, grounding him in hard work and community values.
As a director at NDIGI Group, Josh brings his passion for community support and his dedication to excellence to the forefront.

Lakaree Smith is dedicated to nurturing strong, respectful, and collaborative relationships with Indigenous employees, communities, and organizations.

Lakaree's commitment to community engagement is rooted in her own experiences and cultural heritage, driving initiatives that promote inclusion, trust, and a deep connection to land and culture.

Joe Saify brings a wealth of experience in financial governance and compliance, having held senior leadership roles at major Australian and global financial institutions.
His tenure includes serving as Global Head of Traditional Trade & Product Business at HSBC and Executive Manager of Financial Crime Compliance at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). Joe's expertise encompasses trade finance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on integrity and strategic oversight.
His leadership has been instrumental in shaping robust compliance frameworks and fostering ethical practices within complex financial environments.
